Today I cooked the porc and cabbage, onion and garlic. Using pan, burning them all together and put some sake, mirin and shoyu. These days I love to burn lettuce with porc. It is surprisingly delicious when you use fire on lettuce. I heard in France there is that kind of menu too but I forget the name. But the lettuce doesn’t live long in refrigerator so cabbage would be fine. But I prefer the taste of lettuce when you fire it.
