I am now 38 yo and I have no body physical force at all. Young people is misunderstanding about physical power. When you get old, everything need power. If you want to play video games, you need power to do that when you get old. If you want to sleep, you need power to do that when you are old. If you want to turn on television you need a lot of energy to do that because they are so noisy and abusive about your inner mind. By the way I don’t have television so there is no need to fuel that switch so I’m happy about that. If you want to speak with your college, of course you have to burn your energy to do that. Talking with people when you get old is like climbing up Fuji mountain every day. So young friend, don’t waste your time to hold your energy to do something interesting like playing video games, seeing television, because when you get old you don’t have energy to do that. Use the water before it become the desert.
